  • My Summer Ragu

    The intoxicating aroma of red peppers roasting on an open flame transports me to Summer in the house I grew up in Queens, NY. My pasta inspiration, Elvira would put a fork threw the pepper and slowly rotate the pepper on an open flame, steam and peel them. This is my inspiration for my Summer ragu.
