I absolutely love teaching fresh pasta, seasonality, and walking through the farmer’s market to create menus for class. I’m located in the Sant’Ambrogio neighborhood which gives you a taste of local Florentine culture during your stay here, so you can experience firsthand what Florence is really like as I welcome you into my home with my fluffy dog and spritz in hand.
You can choose between the daytime experience with farmer’s market tour, or the evening experience which is a hybrid class & dinner that makes you feel like your home away from home. Look forward to cooking together!
